Tim Bailey

Tim Bailey serves as Vice President of Corporate Projects leading the Human Resource Services Team and Caring Programs for all global employees. As the leader of Employee Care, Tim helps coach employees and assists in talent acquisition. Tim believes in always going the extra mile to help and support employees at Polydeck, and is committed to growing and developing employees to their full potential.

Tim holds an MBA in Industrial Relations & Counseling from Wright State University. His undergraduate degree is in Human Resource Management from Bowling Green State University. Tim and his wife Corinna have 4 children, and they enjoy outdoor activities including golf and hiking. Additionally, Tim enjoys volunteering his time with Rice Bowls, a non-profit organization that seeks to provide food for orphaned children around the world.
