Juntos, hemos trabajado duro para lograr nuestros objetivos y lo hemos conseguido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A pesar de los problemas laborales, las limitaciones de la cadena de suministro, el aumento de los costes de las materias primas y la continua amenaza del COVID-19, hemos sido capaces de mantener los mejores plazos de entrega del sector, adem\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o r\u00e9cord en calidad de producto. Nuestro r\u00e9cord de reservas y env\u00edos, unido a la certificaci\u00f3n \"Mejor lugar para trabajar\", nos ha demostrado la solidez de nuestra cultura y nuestros equipos. El lanzamiento de nuestra nueva categor\u00eda de productos -PROTEX- y la puntuaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente de 93,34% (categor\u00eda World Class) es un indicador fundamental de nuestra posici\u00f3n como l\u00edderes del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mientras seguimos centr\u00e1ndonos en la mejora continua, especialmente en las \u00e1reas de medio ambiente, responsabilidad social, investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, y el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, seguimos manteniendo que nuestros empleados -la familia Polydeck- son nuestra mayor fortaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s gratificantes en los que hemos trabajado este a\u00f1o ha sido el liderazgo. Los l\u00edderes identificados en Polydeck se sometieron a lo que hemos denominado \"Formaci\u00f3n en Compromiso con el Liderazgo\", que es una serie de formaci\u00f3n de cohortes de 7 semanas impartida por el Equipo de Liderazgo Senior de Polydeck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuve el honor de inaugurar la serie y ense\u00f1ar uno de los principales valores empresariales de Polydeck.<strong>Guiar a las personas de una manera que honre a Dios. <\/strong>Algunos de los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados de mi investigaci\u00f3n son<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liderazgo es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no poder; es una responsabilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beneficios para todos cuando se hace bien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>esfuerzo diario; es intencional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unas palabras sobre cada uno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El liderazgo no es poder, es responsabilidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando observamos a los l\u00edderes clave de nuestras vidas, nos damos cuenta de que lo que m\u00e1s valoramos de ellos no es su capacidad para tomar decisiones, sino su capacidad para tomar las MEJORES decisiones. Las MEJORES decisiones se toman cuando cada miembro del equipo puede aportar sus pensamientos e ideas para alcanzar el objetivo com\u00fan. Un gran l\u00edder saca lo mejor de su equipo, asegur\u00e1ndose de que todas las voces sean escuchadas y de que las decisiones se tomen conjuntamente para la mejora de todas las personas: el liderazgo es para las personas, no sobre las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El liderazgo beneficia a todos cuando se hace bien<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un buen liderazgo inspira, desaf\u00eda, anticipa los problemas, recompensa y utiliza los errores como herramientas de ense\u00f1anza: incluso las personas con las que no se est\u00e1 de acuerdo se sienten valoradas y dirigidas cuando el liderazgo se hace bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El liderazgo es un esfuerzo diario; es intencional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante recordar que el liderazgo se puede aprender. Seg\u00fan mi experiencia, es un esfuerzo diario, no s\u00f3lo una clase a la que se asiste o un certificado que se obtiene, o incluso un documento que se firma. Tambi\u00e9n es importante reconocer que el liderazgo es un proceso. Los procesos llevan tiempo y el crecimiento no puede hacerse de forma aislada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras esperamos otro a\u00f1o exitoso juntos, nuestra esperanza es que continuamente los sorprendamos a ustedes, nuestros clientes, no s\u00f3lo con nuestro nivel de servicio sino con nuestro compromiso de liderar bien.  Esperamos servirles y conducir nuestro negocio de una manera que honre a Dios.
