Jeff is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Polydeck. In addition to leading our quality, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and customer service teams, he is responsible for overall operational efficiency gains that support profitable revenue growth, as well as the strategic development and tactical execution of Polydeck’s long-term expansion plans. With a thirty-year background in the plastics, paper, and metal fabrication industries, focused on project/process engineering and operational management, Jeff’s accomplishments include leading four plant turnarounds and two greenfield plant constructions, as well as steering successful company acquisitions and integrations, and implementing operational standardization involving 29 plants across 13 countries.
Jeff holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, with an emphasis in Operational Productivity and Operational Management, from the University of Tennessee Space Institute in Tullahoma, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Jeff also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN/DFSS certifications.
Originally from South Carolina, Jeff grew up in Tennessee. He enjoys spending time with his wife Lynne, and their five children and seven grandchildren. He stays active in baseball and wrestling as both participant and coach, and enjoys water sports, automobile repair and restoration, and woodworking. Jeff volunteers with Meals on Wheels and local food bank drives for the homeless and is currently acting as Regional Self Reliance Facilitator in the Suwanee, GA area, with focus groups for individuals and families seeking temporal and spiritual self-reliance.
