{"id":8880,"date":"2023-01-23T18:16:45","date_gmt":"2023-01-23T18:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polydeck.wpenginepowered.com\/?p=8880"},"modified":"2023-01-23T18:16:45","modified_gmt":"2023-01-23T18:16:45","slug":"the-basics-of-conducting-a-sieve-analysis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/polydeck.com\/pt\/the-basics-of-conducting-a-sieve-analysis\/","title":{"rendered":"No\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma an\u00e1lise de peneira"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos setores de agregados e minera\u00e7\u00e3o, grandes volumes de rocha e min\u00e9rio s\u00e3o produzidos e processados todos os dias.  \u00c9 fundamental conhecer os tamanhos exatos da rocha em cada produto ou est\u00e1gio do processo pelos seguintes motivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Os produtos vend\u00e1veis normalmente precisam atender aos requisitos de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais ou federais, e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do processo ajudam a otimizar a efici\u00eancia da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de commodities e a reduzir o tempo de inatividade da f\u00e1brica.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, a contagem e a medi\u00e7\u00e3o manual de cada pedra ou part\u00edcula n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o escal\u00e1vel para o tamanho dessas opera\u00e7\u00f5es, de modo que esses setores dependem do uso de an\u00e1lises de peneiras ou de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o para determinar os tamanhos m\u00e9dios dos materiais do produto geral por meio de amostragem peri\u00f3dica do fluxo maior do processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Termos e padr\u00f5es usados na an\u00e1lise de peneiras<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de come\u00e7ar, \u00e9 importante definir alguns dos principais termos e padr\u00f5es usados na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma an\u00e1lise de peneira.  Esses termos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o usados no vern\u00e1culo comum e s\u00e3o essenciais para as etapas e os processos a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termos-chave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Grada\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>: A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho das part\u00edculas de um agregado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Peneira<\/em>: Um dispositivo usado para separar a amostra por tamanho de part\u00edcula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Fra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>: A por\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra retida em cada peneira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Agitador<\/em>: Um instrumento para separar mecanicamente as part\u00edculas por tamanho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Percentual retido<\/em>: A porcentagem de material retido acima de cada tamanho de peneira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Porcentagem de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>: Porcentagem do material total que passou por cada peneira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de padr\u00f5es do setor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASTM International, anteriormente <em>Sociedade Americana de Testes e Materiais<\/em>A Industry Standards, Inc., \u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o internacional que produz padr\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicos.  O uso de padr\u00f5es do setor garante que o teste seja realizado de maneira uniforme entre as f\u00e1bricas, o que gera uma linha de base nivelada de produtos entre cada local exclusivo que realiza o teste. Abaixo est\u00e3o dois padr\u00f5es que podem ser usados como recursos para redu\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de an\u00e1lises de peneira, que incluem diretrizes e dicas sobre cada processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>ASTM C136<\/em>: M\u00e9todo de teste padr\u00e3o para an\u00e1lise de peneira de agregados finos e grossos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>ASTM C702<\/em>: Pr\u00e1tica padr\u00e3o para reduzir amostras de agregado ao tamanho de teste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para o teste<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/polydeck.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gradation-Blog-P3-1024x189.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7401\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira etapa para realizar uma an\u00e1lise de peneira bem-sucedida \u00e9 come\u00e7ar com uma amostra seca e bem coletada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a amostra estiver \u00famida, o material n\u00e3o fluir\u00e1 livremente nem se separar\u00e1 adequadamente. Portanto, \u00e9 importante secar a amostra em um forno com temperatura \u2264110\u00b0C. Os tempos de secagem variam de acordo com o tipo de material, o tamanho da amostra, o teor de umidade e a efici\u00eancia do forno, portanto, verifique a amostra intermitentemente at\u00e9 que ela esteja seca e fluindo livremente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a secagem da amostra, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um peso preliminar. Se a balan\u00e7a n\u00e3o tiver uma op\u00e7\u00e3o de tara, o prato precisar\u00e1 ser pesado separadamente para ser subtra\u00eddo do peso da amostra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usando um divisor, separe a amostra no tamanho apropriado.  Se n\u00e3o houver um divisor dispon\u00edvel, use o m\u00e9todo do cone para dividir a amostra: Despeje a amostra em uma forma c\u00f4nica e divida-a em quatro quartos. Depois de seccionada, adicione a amostra \u00e0 bandeja tarada para coletar um peso total preliminar do material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois que o peso preliminar for registrado, toda a amostra ser\u00e1 transferida para a camada superior de um agitador de peneiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feche a pilha de peneiras e monte a pilha no agitador, se aplic\u00e1vel, certificando-se de que ela esteja centralizada na base e completamente encaixada sob a tampa superior antes de apertar. Trave\/aperte a pilha no lugar. Ligue o agitador e ajuste o tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do teste: M\u00e9todo cumulativo<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O m\u00e9todo mais comum de realizar uma an\u00e1lise de peneira \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo cumulativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/polydeck.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gradation-Blog-P1-1-1024x289.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7395\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comece removendo a bandeja superior e transferindo a fra\u00e7\u00e3o para o prato tarado na balan\u00e7a. Registre o peso da fra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixando o material no prato de pesagem, repita o processo removendo cada bandeja subsequente e registrando o peso total ap\u00f3s adicionar cada fra\u00e7\u00e3o adicional ao prato de pesagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois que cada fra\u00e7\u00e3o for adicionada e os pesos registrados, compare o peso total final com o peso total preliminar; verifique se h\u00e1 uma diferen\u00e7a menor ou igual a 0,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a diferen\u00e7a for maior que 0,3%, o teste precisar\u00e1 ser repetido com uma nova amostra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calcule a porcentagem cumulativa retida para cada linha dividindo cada peso gradacional cumulativo, conforme registrado no teste, pelo peso total da amostra e multiplicando por 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por exemplo, 12,6 gramas de massa retida seriam divididos pelo peso total de 309 gramas para produzir um c\u00e1lculo de 4,0% retidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para calcular a porcentagem acumulada de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, subtraia os valores de porcentagem retida para cada linha de 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuando com o exemplo anterior, a subtra\u00e7\u00e3o de 4,0% retidos de 100% resulta em um produto passante de 96%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do teste: M\u00e9todo fracion\u00e1rio<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferentemente do m\u00e9todo cumulativo, o m\u00e9todo fracion\u00e1rio para realizar uma an\u00e1lise de peneira medir\u00e1 e registrar\u00e1 cada fra\u00e7\u00e3o individualmente. Isso ocorre ao esvaziar o recipiente de tara entre cada peso. Exceto por essa grande diferen\u00e7a, o m\u00e9todo fracion\u00e1rio \u00e9 muito semelhante ao m\u00e9todo cumulativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/polydeck.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Gradation-Blog-P2-1-1024x289.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7398\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese o material em cada peneira individualmente e registre a massa; coloque a tara na balan\u00e7a antes de cada fra\u00e7\u00e3o de peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calcule a porcentagem fracion\u00e1ria retida para cada linha dividindo cada peso gradacional fracion\u00e1rio, conforme registrado no teste, pelo peso total da amostra e multiplicando por 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calcule a porcentagem de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o subtraindo a porcentagem fracion\u00e1ria retida, juntamente com as porcentagens fracion\u00e1rias retidas para todas as peneiras maiores do que a que est\u00e1 sendo calculada, de 100%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por exemplo, com um c\u00e1lculo de 21,3% retido, 21,3% precisa primeiro ser subtra\u00eddo de 100%. Em seguida, subtraia tamb\u00e9m as porcentagens fracion\u00e1rias que foram retidas acima dela.
