Bryan Travis

Bryan Travis serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain for Polydeck, where he brings over 28 years of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and leadership experience to the organization. With a background spanning automotive, aerospace-defense, and industrial applications, Bryan's expertise covers a wide range of industries, equipping him to drive success in his role at Polydeck. 

In his capacity as Vice President, Bryan’s continuous improvement mindset and commitment to strategic cost management and supply chain optimization has been demonstrated by his ability to lead a team that consistently delivers cost savings, improved supply chain efficiency, and risk mitigation through strategic initiatives such as commodity-based pricing reviews, in-depth risk analysis, and annual commodity forecasting. 

Bryan's leadership style emphasizes the development of leaders within the organization, fostering growth and advancement for long-term success. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from NC State University, underscoring his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Outside of his professional life, Bryan is a dedicated husband to Jennifer and a proud father to their son Ethan and daughter Hannah. In his free time, Bryan enjoys taking on outdoor projects and landscaping, allowing him to connect with nature and express his creativity.
