Francisco Gomez Gracia

Francisco Gomez is the Vice President of LATAM based in Santiago, Chile. Francisco supports and guides the strategic alignment of the Polydeck LATAM and US teams leading operations, management, and growth strategies in new and existing markets. He enjoys mentoring and inspiring people to dream, do, and become more in life. Throughout his career, his servant-leadership approach has helped him build highly capable and loyal teams that have produced excellent results. 

Francisco attained an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from the Universidad de Concepción and has an MBA from the ESE Business School of Universidad de los Andes. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active outdoors and watching motorsports. He volunteers as a board member and serves as Vice President at Fundación Rodelillo, a private institution strengthening families and helping them overcome social vulnerabilities.
