Vice President of Employee Care

Linda Coltrane is the Vice President of Employee Care and HR at Polydeck, bringing with her over 18 years of leadership experience in the field. In her role, Linda oversees both the Human Resources and Caring Programs, with a focus on fostering excellent team member experiences that support Polydeck's unique Caring Culture. 

As the leader of Employee Care, Linda is driven by her belief that caring for team members is the key to cultivating a healthy organizational culture. She brings an innovative and passionate approach to building strong teams, creating powerful partnerships, and nurturing the next generation of leaders. 

Linda holds a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. Her academic background has provided her with the expertise necessary to excel in her role and contribute to the continued success of Polydeck. 

Outside of her professional life, Linda is happily married to her husband, Michelle, and together they are the proud parents of three adult children. They relish outdoor activities, travel, and spending quality time with their family. 

With a genuine heart for people and a commitment to giving back, Linda actively volunteers in her local community and currently sponsors three school-aged children in Nicaragua through Chosen Children.
