Todd Nalepka

Todd Nalepka serves as the Vice President of U.S. Manufacturing at Polydeck, where he utilizes his extensive background in engineering, operations management, and leadership to drive performance and inspire a people-first culture. With over 16 years of experience, Todd has held a variety of leadership roles in operations across six different U.S. plant locations. 

A firm believer in the power of culture to drive performance, Todd is a people-first leader who focuses on inspiring others and maintaining a positive outlook. He encourages his team to grow through adversity and become life-long learners, consistently pushing themselves to achieve their full potential. 

Todd received his MBA from Gardner Webb University and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where he also minored in Economics. He furthered his education with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from NC State University. 

Outside of his professional life, Todd is a devoted husband to Ashley and a loving father to their two daughters, Audrey and Ellie. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, he cherishes his tight-knit family and is an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. 

In his spare time, Todd shares his passion for cooking by hosting gatherings for family and friends, further exemplifying his people-first mentality, both in and out of the workplace.
