Tom Wayment is a dedicated Polydeck expert with over a decade of experience serving in the Mining industry. Prior to Polydeck, Tom worked for both Ludowici and Johnson Screens, where he was able to gain knowledge of screen media usage, needs, and efficiencies in both the Energy and Industrial and Aggregate industries. He best uses the skills he has acquired in his 20 years of screening to not only provide the right screen media solutions, but to assess barriers in an existing plant flow process and make improvements whether or not the challenge involves screen media. Tom is also a firm believer that it is his priority to act as a partner to his customers by helping them solve their biggest pain points and offering them quick lead times to avoid unnecessary downtime. Tom oversees the Polydeck Arizona Distribution Center, which serves as a hub to ensure his customers are taken care of quickly and accurately.
