John Griffith

For almost 40 years, John Griffith has served in a variety of leadership roles making him a noteworthy leader in the Mining industry. His vast industry knowledge and expertise in mineral extraction, beneficiation, and separation is what his customers value most about him. As a project manager for Polydeck, John ensures that customer needs are met in a timely manner to drive higher efficiency in their production. However, building deep partnerships with his customers is what he enjoys most.  

John holds an associate’s degree in Applied Science – Mining Technology, as well as a certificate in Electromechanical Hydraulic Systems Repair Underground Equipment. John is married to his wife of almost forty years, is a proud father of three children, and an even prouder Peepaw to a new grandbaby. In his spare time, he enjoys yard work, fishing, woodworking, and crafting.
