Peter Freissle is CEO of Polydeck, guiding its growth into a successful multimillion-dollar company with over 400 employees in the U.S. and Latin America. Passionate about innovation and care, he founded the Polydeck Caring Culture to support employees’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. His vision to ‘care for people in a way that honors God’ inspired His Way at Work (HWAW), a nonprofit training CEOs to develop caring cultures in their company.
As a co-founder of Spartanburg Interfaith Hospitality Network and board member of Corporate Chaplains of America and the Opportunity Hub, Peter and his wife Lauren travel extensively to support various ministries inspiring others to “love your neighbor as yourself.” Peter is the proud father of four children, who are frequently by his side during charity work.

Ron Kuehl is the President of Polydeck who is passionate about advancing Research and Development, Sales and the global expansion of Polydeck while making sure every employee understands the purpose and heart of the company. Ron’s experience in Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Product Management and Project Management has enabled him to lead Polydeck with a wholistic approach. He believes that if you focus on developing yourself as a leader, you can achieve anything.
Ron holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina (Summa Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and is certified in Management Development. When he is not playing drums at his church, Ron stays busy with his four children and supports JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), and sponsors children in Nicaragua through Chosen Children.

Francisco supports and guides the strategic alignment of the Polydeck LATAM and US teams leading operations, management, and growth strategies in new and existing markets. He enjoys mentoring and inspiring people to dream, do, and become more in life. Throughout his career, his servant-leadership approach has helped him build highly capable and loyal teams that have produced excellent results.
Francisco attained an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from the Universidad de Concepción and has an MBA from the ESE Business School of Universidad de los Andes. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active outdoors and watching motorsports. He volunteers as a board member and serves as Vice President at Fundación Rodelillo, a private institution strengthening families and helping them overcome social vulnerabilities.

Paul Tellefsen serves as the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Polydeck and is responsible for leading the strategic direction across all aspects of finance and IT. His passion for working cross-functionally and developing teams who serve as trusted business partners aids him in driving key results throughout the business. Prior to joining Polydeck, Paul was the CFO and COO of Positec Toll Corporation and has held multiple leadership positions for Newell Brands and Ingersoll-Rand over the course of his 33-year career.
Paul holds an MBA from UNC Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Paul and his wife Anisia have three children and enjoy running, hiking, and spending time together with their family. Paul has completed two marathons and is currently focused on running in the Chicago Marathon.
