PROTEX PTP
PROTEX PTP is a molded polyurethane cover designed to slide over our PIPETOP stringers. Interlock multiple in a row to form a continuous layer of protection. PTP can be used on PIPETOP stringers with 2 or 3 PIPETOP ferrules per foot.

- Extended protection to stringers in corrosive applications, including high acidity or high salinity
- Economical alternative to replacing stringers by extending their service life with no additional modifications needed
- Mild steel stringers equipped with PROTOPs are up to 58% less expensive than stainless steel stringers
- Overlapping installation helps protect the underlying steel at the seams between each PROTEX PTP
- Especially effective for applications where stringer life is an issue or in combination with high open area panels that allow increased wear on unprotected Stringers.
PROTEX ASP
PROTEX ASP angle stringer protectors are made of polyurethane. ASP is designed to lay on top of angle iron for additional wear protection. This product is most commonly used on banana screens in coal and mining applications.

- 5mm thick x 12” long (2 wings)
- 5mm thick x 12” long (1 wing) for side ledge angle protector
- Side ledge angle protector with ¼” shim for 10mm over-width sides
