We use information from the customer's gradation analysis as a first step in verifying the right screen panel selection.
The Polydeck test lab runs customer samples using adjustable industrial screening equipment and different types of media to find the best screen configuration for a particular application.

Injection Molding
Although used in manufacturing settings for years, it wasn’t until the late 1960’s that injection molding was first incorporated in the production of screen media. That’s when Manfred Freissle, the founder of Polydeck, engineered a modular synthetic screen media concept and chose injection molding as his manufacturing process of choice.
