ULTRAMAX

Designed for ultra high throughput with a lower noise threshold, ULTRAMAX is ideal for applications that need high efficiency separations. With a high open area that matches or exceeds traditional wire cloth, this durable rubber panel excels at fines separation in both wet and dry conditions. It performs best when paired with our PIPETOP® stringers.

XTREME

The newest addition to the RUBBERDEX line, XTREME provides bolt-down level protection with modular convenience. It features an integrated 3/8" steel backing plate and has up to 30% more wear life than typical modular media with inserts. This model is ideal for heavily loaded or highly abrasive applications where margin separation is prominent, like mill discharge or primary scalping applications.

Can I use RUBBERDEX panels on my existing screen frame without a full overhaul?

While we recommend using our PIPETOP™ stringers with most RUBBERDEX panels, we can retrofit most of our screen media to work with existing screen frames, depending on the type of stringer and its fastening system. Speaking with a Screening Expert will help determine whether retrofitting is a good option.

How much quieter will my plant be with RUBBERDEX screen media?
If you’re transitioning from steel or wire cloth, you can expect a noise reduction of 9–10 decibels. While the remaining noise level will depend on what other machinery your plant runs, you may be able to downgrade your plant’s hearing protection from double to standard.
Can RUBBERDEX stop my screens from blinding in wet/sticky conditions?
Rubber panels have a lower modulus than polyurethane, letting them naturally vibrate and expel near-sized particles that could get stuck in other media. Our FXR, or “flexi,” formulations are designed to combat blinding in fine sizing applications with high moisture content.
