In 2024, we recycled 94% of direct material byproducts and packaging waste from our incoming materials. Currently, we recycle 96.2% of our thermoplastic materials and over 95% of our steel waste.

Training

Polydeck invests in employee development, coaching, and leadership training to empower critical decision-making and maintain a safe, productive workplace. In 2024, we provided 4,716 training hours to 417 employees across the U.S. and Latin America, leading to multiple internal promotions.
