Polydeck Brings Expanded METALDEX® XPT Offering to CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Spartanburg, S.C., — Polydeck showcases expanded offerings of METALDEX® XPT at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, building on the product’s reintroduction to the aggregate market at AGG1 2025. Designed to combine the throughput of traditional wire cloth with the handling advantages of modular media, METALDEX XPT continues gaining traction among aggregate producers seeking screening solutions that keep material moving efficiently while simplifying panel changeouts.

Polydeck manufactures METALDEX XPT panels in house, strengthening its ability to respond quickly to customer needs while expanding available configurations and aperture options. That capability was also reflected at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, where the company introduced additional aperture concepts and gathered customer feedback to help guide future development of the product line.

METALDEX XPT is engineered for dry sizing, coarse sizing, and heavily loaded screening environments where operations require high throughput without sacrificing serviceability. The modular welded wire panels feature abrasion-resistant wire encased in polyurethane and are available in a 1-foot by 2-foot format with multiple panel thickness options and wire orientations designed to support different screening conditions.
